Not sure about compatibility, but it seems to be doing quite well. Notes.io is a web-based application for taking notes. I've even tried Allowing the app through Windows Firewall but can't identify the two files Loader Dll or LocaleEmulator. Pleasse whitelist these Dlls in your antivirus software, then download and re-install LE. Does the same thing as setting your system locale to Japanese except now it’s much easier.
